Order Processing
MODE LIBRE orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation and receipt of payment, on business days.
Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays will be prepared for dispatch on the next business day.
Delivery
Orders are shipped from Belgium via DPD courier service to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, a tracking number.
The estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and the carrier's operations.
Delivery Costs to Poland
For orders below PLN 1,000, the delivery cost is PLN 25.
For orders of PLN 1,000 or more, delivery is free of charge.
The applicable delivery cost is displayed before the Customer completes the order.
Delivery to Other European Countries
MODE LIBRE also delivers to selected European countries.
Shipping costs for countries other than Poland vary depending on the destination country. The applicable delivery charge is calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before the Customer places the order.
The Customer can therefore review the total price of the order, including the applicable delivery costs, before confirming the purchase.
For deliveries to Poland, the shipping rates specified above apply.
Responsibility for Shipments
MODE LIBRE remains responsible for the shipment until it is physically received by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process in the MODE LIBRE online store.
Electronic payments are processed through secure payment systems available in the store.
If payment by traditional bank transfer is selected, the order will be processed once the payment has been credited to our bank account.
